Research Interest: wireless communication system (LTE and 5G NR), physical layer security, massive MIMO, hybrid beamforming, cognitive radio and cooperative relay networks.

Santosh's current research focuses on design and analysis of secure beamforming and tracking 5G/NextG Systems with machine learning assisted countermeasures.

Prior to joining WiCON, he worked at Global Wireless Solutions Inc as a Radio Frequency Analyst from 2018 to 2023. He received an M. Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, IL, USA, in 2018. During M.Sc., he investigated the secure transmission strategies for multi-user massive MIMO, cell-free massive MIMO, cognitive radio and cooperative relay networks under the supervision of Dr. Gayan Amarasuriya Aruma Baduge. He received a B. E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
