Research interests: wireless networking, network security and privacy, computational biology, game theory, and blockchains. 

Mohammad Hossein Manshaei is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona. Prior to that, he was a visiting faculty at the Florida International University and a senior researcher and lecturer in LCA group at EPFL, Switzerland. He was also an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Isfahan University of Technology. He received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and the M.Sc. degree in communication engineering from the Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, in 1997 and 2000, respectively. He received another M.Sc. degree in computer science and a Ph.D. degree in computer science and distributed systems from the University of Nice, Sophia-Antipolis, France, in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He did his thesis work at the French national institute for research in computer science and control (INRIA, Sophia-Antipolis).
